Shipping & Returns
All orders ship within 3 to 7 days. Our custom-made 72" mill kits may take up to 10 days to ship. We make every effort to carry an inventory of our products, but some products are built to order. In the event that we do not have something you ordered available, you will be contacted by email.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return a product, please contact us prior to shipping. You will be responsible for all shipping return costs, but we do not charge a restocking fee. Any unused item is able to be returned. If you have used an item, please contact us to determine whether we can accept it as a return.
If you are having trouble with a product, please contact us and we can help! There are many times when a simple conversation will resolve your issue. If you need to send your product in for repair, you are responsible for the shipping return costs (one way) and we will ship your repaired product back to you at our cost.
