Our porting includes the following

• Cleaning and disassembly of the chainsaw

• Measurement and Blueprinting of important engine information. 

• Machining of the Cylinder head to increase compression while maintaining a head gasket

• Machining of the cylinder on certain chainsaw models.

• Partial reassembly and timing of the ports

• Marking and layout of the new port locations. 

• Grinding, shaping, and polishing the intake port. 

• Grinding, shaping, and polishing the transfers

• Grinding, shaping, and polishing the exhaust port. 

• Crankcase modification, etc may be applicable in some models. 

• Cleaning of all components

• Engine Reassembly with appropriate Loctite, gaskets, and torques to provide reliability. 

• Test and tune of the carburetor. On the Auto-Tune saw, upload new firmware and input port notes into the Carb.
