Hydraulic Configurations Details:
New England Pine Timber Co. manufactures all machine mounts and hydraulic stacks in house using Made in the USA Kurt tuff hydraulic hoses, Italian solenoids and Stucchi quick couplers.
 
Single hydraulic aux circuit (2 lines)+Case Drain: 
Machine Interface Connections:
The grapple saw unit connects to the aux circuit via two hydraulic lines (1/2” flat face couplers)
Case drain connection must be min ½” size and connects with a ( ½” flat face coupler).
Two momentary push buttons to be installed on the joysticks in the cab require 12V or 24V power. An alternative installation can use a factory-installed momentary joystick button instead of the provided momentary button.
 
Functions of the grapple saw with a single bi-directional circuit:
Factory thumb rocker switch: Grapple Open/Close function
Momentary press and hold button #1 + thumb rocker switch: Grapple rotate left/ rotate right.
Momentary press and hold button #2 + thumb rocker switch: Saw cut down/ saw return up.
 
2. Dual hydraulic aux circuits (4 lines)+Case Drain:

The grapple unit connects to aux circuit #1 via two hydraulic lines (1/2” flat face couplers)
The grapple rotator connects to aux circuit #2 via two hydraulic lines (1/2 flat face couplers)
